该基膜是以天然高分子材料为原料，通过特殊工艺加工制成的复合包装新材料，具备完全降解特性。

其降解机制如下：在自然环境（如土壤中）或特定条件（如堆肥环境、水基培养液中），可通过自然界存在的微生物作用实现降解；在微生物作用下，完全降解为二氧化碳、水、自身所含元素的矿化物、新生物质等。而在非堆肥条件下，该材料在使用过程中能保持稳定，不会发生降解，确保使用阶段的性能稳定性。
